"Informant" is a term we use for the person who notified us of the death, is making the arrangements, and usually the person who will be paying or making arrangements to pay the bill. The record does not give any information about if Vivian Waller was a child, sister, in-law, or anything else. Perhaps you know who it is, and that person could give you additional information. The informant for Charles was Bertha. I do not have their marriage date listed on either record. This should be listed on either of their death certificates, which are on file with the office of vital statistics in Topeka.
